To do this, we often conduct informal interviews or conduct situational observations. Envision Next, we collaborate with our clients to generate powerful and meaningful mission and vision statements that drive and steer decisions and actions. Develop We recognize that no two clients are the same. Therefore, we tailor a curriculum and development plan for each of our clients in alignment with their mission and vision. Implement We guide our clients through a careful process of applying and building new structures and new ways of relating that will empower the success of our client’s goals. Evaluation We help our clients establish a clear set of evaluation criteria for measuring the effectiveness of the development plan. We design evaluation measures that address change management while encouraging creativity and growth.
