OTCA’s Festival of the Sun, Festival of the Moon and Old Town Oktoberfest attract thousands of people to Old Town. They are also fundraising events that account for 70 percent of the OTCA annual operating budget; allowing the OTCA to continue its mission of revitalization.
New this year, Old Town is kicking off Scrapfest, a week long art competition where recycled materials from Friedland Industries are used to create works of art! Masterpieces will be displayed at Festival of the Moon and voted and auctioned off at Festival of the Sun.
