The Old Town Commercial Association (OTCA) has worked for more than a decade to continue the revitalization of Old Town as a member-based non profit organization consisting of a diverse group of businesses, residents, property owners and other community members united to continue the restoration and growth of Lansing’s Old Town. As a member of the Old Town Commercial Association you and your business receive multiple benefits. Each month we will spotlight a benefit to becoming a member and how the OTCA can help your business.
OTCA can help advertise, promote, and market your business to the community. We use print, web, and social media to put the spotlight on member businesses and attract patrons to Old Town. OTCA is happy to help promote your business, events, or promotions through any of our outlets including, writing and distributing press releases, our social networking sites, and putting in our monthly newsletter.
Once you’re a member OTCA includes you on all printed and online directories to help promote your business. The OTCA is creating a new member directory that includes a map of Old Town and each member business’s information. The directories are passed out at all our events and available in our office for anyone stop by and pick up.
OTCA is also building a new website with a feature section on the member businesses. This will allow your businesses to have a web presence through OTCA if you are unable to create a website of your own. In addition, your events will also be included on our website calendar that includes all that is happening in Old Town.
