     31 or more Employees $1,000

     *Two part-time employees equal one full-time employee

The OTCA is a 501©3 non profit organization.

All business and assesment-paying property owner members have voting rights at the OTCA annual meeting every February. Every business is allowed one representative and vote. Old Town Commercial Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contribution may be deductible according to IRS regulations.
