If you are a business, number of employees should be based on full-time employees. Two part-time employees equal one full-time employee.

You can pay for your membership in three ways: Cash or check (which you can mail to the OTCA, 1232 Turner St, Lansing, MI 48906), or Credit Card (the OTCA accepts VISA or Mastercard - please call 517-485-4283 to process your credit card transaction).
