What is the Futures Survey?
In partnership with Michigan Main Street (MMS), the Old Town Commercial Association (OTCA) is undergoing a planning effort to develop a strategy for future Old Town improvements. A thorough strategy hinges on strong public input to help guide implementation recommendations such as:
- rehabbing buildings
- recruiting new businesses
- enhancing public spaces
